Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the State of Mississippi.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care using best practices.
• Deliver direct patient care and address medical and psychosocial needs.
• Coordinate with Respiratory Therapists on tracheostomies and ventilators.
• Engage daily with residents to build supportive relationships.
• Collaborate with Medical Director to coordinate resident care.
• Work with management to enhance facility operations and supervise CNAs.
