Job summary

Union Post Acute in Union, South Carolina is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our long‑term care and rehabilitation team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and monitor residents to support a warm, home‑like environment.

We offer competitive wages ($25.00-$27.75/hr with shift differentials), 12-hour shifts, nights 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, and pathways for advancement in a supportive, team‑oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered South Carolina LPN License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassion, reliability, and a commitment to providing exceptional resident care.
• Positive attitude and team‑focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for residents.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
