Job summary

Union Post Acute in Union, South Carolina is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for night shifts. 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Compassion, reliability, and a team-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes
• Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for residents
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
