Job summary

MercyOne Northeast Iowa is seeking an LPN for inpatient Behavioral Health Care units serving adults, teens, and adolescents in acute psychiatric care. The LPN will support the nursing team under RN supervision, perform observations, collect data, and help develop the plan of care. Night shift, 11pm–7am, 8‑hour shifts, 8 FTEs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient observations and data collection.
• Assist with admission database and data gathering.
• Collaborate with RN and care team to plan and implement care.
• Assist in referrals and education needs.
• Support plan of care implementation and nursing orders.
