Wellpath is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shifts in the Nursing department. Compensation ranges from $30.60 to $34 per hour, with full-time hours and a focus on serving underserved populations.

You will work under RN supervision, providing patient education and coordinating care, including administering medications and performing routine nursing duties. We offer training, development, and a strong mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of employment; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assess patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions and contribute to treatment planning.
• Administer medications, including IV therapy (if certified), and perform diagnostic tests per protocols.
• Assist in controlled substance counts and respond to codes or health emergencies per guidelines.
• Assist in medical procedures, implement nutrition/diet plans, and document encounters using SOAP charting.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training to ensure high-quality patient care.
