Job summary

Wellpath is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time night shift to deliver high-quality patient care in our health facilities. Compensation is $36-$40 per hour, with a bonus opportunity of up to $1,500.

The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program, active LPN licensure, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of clinic experience. You will work under RN supervision in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assesses patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions in unit and housing units, contributing to treatment planning.
• Administers medications, including IV therapy (if certified), and performs diagnostic tests per protocols.
• Counts controlled substances at shift start and adheres to safety procedures.
• Documents nursing encounters using SOAP charting and communicates with staff and physicians.
• Attends mandatory staff meetings and training to ensure high-quality patient care.
