Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shifts in our Nursing Department. Under RN supervision, you will assess patients, administer medications (including IV therapy if certified), and support treatment plans.

You will participate in safety procedures, assist in procedures, document encounters, and collaborate with physicians and staff. A current LPN license and CPR certification are required, with clinic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Must maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients under RN supervision, contributing to treatment planning.
• Administer medications and perform diagnostic tests per protocols.
• Collaborate on safety procedures and respond to emergencies.
• Assist in procedures and document nursing encounters using SOAP notes.
• Attend required staff meetings and trainings.
