Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time evening shift. The LPN will provide nursing care under RN supervision, administer medications, and support care plans for patients within our facilities.

Compensation ranges from $38.56 to $47.12 per hour with benefits and opportunities for growth in a mission-driven organization serving underserved populations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current licensure as an LPN in the state of employment and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assess patients and contribute to treatment planning.
• Administer medications, including IV therapy if certified, and perform diagnostic tests.
• Support in nursing documentation and communication with staff and physicians.
• Attend required staff meetings and maintain professional development.
• Provide direction and guidance in patient education and activities within scope.
