Job summary

Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join a close-knit team dedicated to resident-centered care. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor health, and collaborate with CNAs and RNs to maintain high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Ensure a high standard of care focused on dignity, comfort, and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
