Responsibilities

• Lead team with direction, motivation, training and coaching within site guidelines.

• Schedule and cross-train staff to maintain safe and efficient operations.
• Report defects via Maximo and safety/environmental incidents via Sphera Cloud.
• Drive safety improvements and plant efficiency.
• Serve as person in charge for shift operations and provide technical guidance.
