Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed KPI goals as set by management.
• Communicate issues or concerns needing improvement in warehouse.
• Participate in safety engagement activities.
• Ensure finished orders are staged and shipped accurately and report shortages.
• Operate forklifts safely per Hubbard Standards.
• Fill out shipping paperwork and complete quality checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Leadership.
