Job summary

Schaeffler Motion Tech US is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead stockroom and receiving operations, manage staffing across shifts, and drive continuous improvement to support production needs.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse or logistics with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity, plus experience with SAP and Lean/5S practices. On-site position with a focus on safety, efficiency, and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 3-5 years of warehouse, logistics, stockroom, or receiving operations experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
• Experience with inventory management and material flow processes.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead stockroom and receiving personnel with coaching and development.
• Monitor and improve KPIs and staffing for shifts and high-volume periods.
• Ensure 5S standards and safety policies are followed across stockroom and receiving areas.
• Drive improvements in productivity, quality, and service through action plans.
• Direct inbound material receiving, timeliness, and coordination with Procurement.
