Job summary

Neovia Logistics Services is seeking an Operations Supervisor I for the 3rd shift (6pm-6am, Thurs-Sat with Wed off) at the Georgetown, TX facility. The role involves supervising daily operations, guiding material and labor use, and ensuring alignment with corporate policies and goals.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent with 1–5 years of related experience, basic math skills, and the ability to read and interpret documents. Warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead, and motivate subordinate staff, reviewing performance and supporting development.
