Job summary

Neovia Logistics in Georgetown, TX, seeks an Operations Supervisor I for the 3rd shift (6pm-6am, Thurs-Sat with Wed off). You will supervise facility operations, plan material and labor usage, and ensure efficient distribution to meet business needs.

Responsibilities include leading policy implementation, purchasing materials, and guiding staff performance. Preferred candidates have warehouse/logistics experience and a college degree; Six Sigma is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years' relevant experience.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to read/write and interpret documents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead operations aligned with corporate policies to meet short and long term goals.
• Supervise and lead the purchasing of materials and equipment to ensure an uninterrupted supply at optimal cost.
• Supervise and lead all operational activities required for timely and efficient distribution of products.
• Supervise and lead staff, review performance and support development.
• Other duties as assigned.
