Job summary

ITS Logistics is seeking a Night Shift Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX. You will bid shipments, win shipments, negotiate rates with carriers, and manage trace and related functions for assigned teams within the brokerage division.

You will work with the Strategic Account Manager and Night Area Manager to maintain service levels, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery using ITS technology to track orders and communicate with customers.

Qualifications

• One year of transportation industry experience preferred.
• Proficient business communication and documentation in TMS.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Negotiate competitive market rates with potential carriers.
• Vet tendered carriers per ITS best-in-class standards.
• Cover/recover broken-down shipments and open contracted loads.
• Track and trace current shipments within ITS network.
• Maintain relationships with drivers and provide support as needed.
• Produce timely and accurate communication to customers within the network.
• Update delivery windows in Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Escalate concerns, delays, or loss of revenue to the appropriate chain of command.
