Job summary

ITS Logistics in Fort Worth, TX is hiring Logistics Sales Executives to manage transportation for customers in the ITS network. This role focuses on procurement, management, service, and execution across multiple supply chains to move goods efficiently from origin to destination.

You will work with customers, carriers, and internal teams to deliver creative logistics solutions, negotiate rates, and ensure on-time performance.

Qualifications

• 0–8 years of professional experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office Products (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Procure capacity to ensure transportation of customer freight happens timely and efficiently.
• Source and vet capacity to meet ITS high standards of excellence and safety.
• Provide solutions to customer supply chain challenges in time-sensitive, high-pressure situations.
• Negotiate rates with carrier partners.
• Maintain constant communication with customers to meet service expectations.
• Build relationships with carriers to execute on customer requirements.
• Track shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery and provide real-time updates.
