Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Stockton to lead an hourly workforce and oversee driving, loading/unloading, cross-docking and customer service tasks. You will supervise scheduling, enforce standards, and support hiring and disciplinary decisions while reviewing routes and fleet utilization.

This role carries responsibility for safety and financial policy compliance, with bonus eligibility based on location and individual performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review truck runs, orders and private fleet utilization to optimize operations.
• Enforce safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
