Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC in Stockton, CA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of drivers and hourly staff, ensure customer service goals are met, and align daily tasks with cost objectives. You will supervise dispatch, loading/unloading, records, and scheduling, while coaching staff and participating in hiring as needed.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a salary range of $70,304 to $83,600, bonus eligibility based on performance and location.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to individual contributors and hourly workforce to ensure execution of daily tasks, including driver deliveries and loading/unloading of trailers.
• Supervise processes directly, including people, systems, customer needs, equipment, and documentation.
• Manage workforce scheduling and performance management, with corrective actions up to written warnings; participate in hiring as needed.
• Conduct team meetings and coach associates to meet productivity and safety targets.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures; monitor overtime and productivity.
