Logistics Coordinator

Pay: $25-$30/hour, DOE

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to help manage daily shipment activity and keep carriers, customers, and internal teams on track. This is a fast-paced role where communication, follow-through, and the ability to solve problems quickly are key. This position requires previous 3rd-shift experience. Candidates without 3rd-shift experience will not be considered.

Schedule details: - Tuesday 11:00 PM - Wednesday 7:30 AM - Wednesday 11:00 PM - Thursday 7:30 AM - Thursday 11:00 PM - Friday 7:30 AM - Friday 11:00 PM - Saturday 7:30 AM - Saturday 11:00 PM - Sunday 7:30 AM - Off Sunday and Monday, returning Monday night at 11:00 PM

What You'll Do

What You Bring

Required:

• Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable working with technology, including Excel, email, and logistics software
• Previous 3rd-shift experience is required

Preferred:

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, coordination, or operations
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• Experience with ARRIVEnow or similar logistics/tracking platforms
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and address issues before they become bigger problems

Pay: $25-$30/hour, depending on experience
