Job summary

Penske Logistics in Beachwood, OH is seeking a Load Planner working Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM–4:30 AM. You will coordinate freight movement, plan and optimize loads, tender freight, and provide shipment visibility. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred.
• 1+ year of Transportation/Supply Chain experience preferred.
• Must learn and operate multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate load building and carrier coverage.
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts.
• Monitor shipments and respond to inquiries.
• Track and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Complete daily logs and share instructions across shifts.
• Travel as necessary and adhere to SOPs.
