• Ability to build professional relationships with customers and Penske associates.
• Willingness to work 1st–3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Load-building: add shipments, rate, secure carrier coverage, set appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts.
• Call center and shared email box responsibilities.
• Provide visibility by tracking shipments, overseeing processes, auditing, troubleshooting.
• Recover customer loads.
• Complete daily logs and provide cross-shift instructions by phone and email.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
