Job summary

Wentworth Senior Living is seeking Licensed Nursing Assistants for full-time and part-time night shifts in Portsmouth, NH. The LNA will foster a welcoming, person-centered resident experience and support nursing services under supervision, ensuring residents receive attentive care.

The role requires NH LNA licensure, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of prior experience in a senior service setting.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and positivity when working with fellow team members and senior residents.
• Take direction from the Nurse Supervisor on delegated workflow related to personal nursing care functions, resident nutrition, resident mobility and incontinence care, etc.
• Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel as well as other work teams to ensure that nursing services can be adequately maintained to meet resident needs.
• Participate in required annual training programs.

Hours:

Our LNA staff work 12-hour shifts. We are flexible and open to candidates combining available shifts to create either a full-time or part-time schedule- NO WEEKEND ROTATIONS REQUIRED!

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Monday (1 opening)
• Tuesday (1 opening)
• Wednesday (1 opening)
• Thursday (1 opening)
• Friday (1 opening)
• Saturday (2 openings)

Rate:

Starting pay is $24.00/hour, with opportunities for higher starting rates based on years of active LNA licensure in New Hampshire.

• +$4.00/hour overnight differential (Monday - Thursday)
• +$5.00/hour overnight differential (Friday)
• +4 hours of bonus pay each week if you work Saturday as part of your set weekly schedule (Baylor Bonus)
