Wentworth Senior Living in Portsmouth, NH is hiring Part-Time Day Shift Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs). You will help create a welcoming, person-centered resident experience with duties including assisting with nursing care, nutrition, mobility, and collaborating with the care team. The role requires a NH LNA license and high school diploma, with at least one year in a senior service setting preferred. Job Summary: As an LNA, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, person-centered resident experience, with responsibilities including:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and positivity when working with fellow team members and senior residents.
• Take direction from the Nurse Supervisor on delegated workflow related to personal nursing care functions, resident nutrition, resident mobility and incontinence care, etc.
• Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel as well as other work teams to ensure that nursing services can be adequately maintained to meet resident needs.
• Participate in required annual training programs.

Requirements:

Education

• High School graduate or equivalent

Licensure, Registration, and Certification

• Active NH LNA license

Experience

• A minimum of one year of experience in a senior service setting is preferred

Rate: Starting pay is $24.00/hour, with opportunities for higher starting rates based on years of active LNA licensure in New Hampshire.
