Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential preferred by New Hampshire Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record vital signs and weights per policy.
• Provide hands-on patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Grooming and personal care of patients.
• Assist with meals and hydration per care plan.
• Collect soiled linen and transport to laundry.
• Assist physician or licensed nurse with procedures as needed.
• Assist with toileting and incontinence care.
• Report changes in patient condition to charge nurse or supervisor.
