Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support the care team at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. You will assist RNs and physicians with exams, monitor patient conditions, and help with daily care tasks in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to multitask. A high school diploma is preferred, with BLS and healthcare experience valued. This onsite position offers a sign-on bonus and a 36-hour work week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
• 1-2 years healthcare experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care-related duties and clinical functions as assigned.
• Document vital signs, EKGs, intake/output, and other patient data.
• Assist RNs and physicians with exams and treatments as required.
• Stock and clean patient rooms and equipment; report malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff about patient care and condition.
