Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanical experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Ability to lead and support line activities.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead line setup and product changeovers.
• Provide daily production run sheets to packaging machine operators.
• Update production systems and KPI boards across shifts.
• Maintain raw material inventory and communicate discrepancies.
• Set up and operate packaging machines.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments.
• Support packaging operations with coding, dating, and pricing issues.
• Lead safety, quality, and 5S initiatives.
