Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Ability to obtain Lockout/Tag out Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in line setup and changeover of product.
• Provide production run sheets to packaging machine operators.
• Update production system with completed case counts.
• Maintain raw material inventory and communicate discrepancies.
• Set up and operate multiple machines in the packaging area.
• Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
