Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is hiring a Line Technician to ensure safe, efficient production and peak performance on our lines. You will lead setup, troubleshoot equipment, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will partner with operators, maintenance, QA, and supervision to meet daily KPIs, manage line changeovers, and support training and 5S initiatives across shifts. A strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical experience in manufacturing, production, maintenance, or similar setting.
• Able to troubleshoot equipment and adjust machines.
• Proven ability to lead and support a production line team.
• Strong computer skills and experience with production systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.
• Basic math skills and ability to work overtime.
• Must be able to obtain Lockout/Tagout certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead line setup and product changeovers, identify controls and issues.
• Provide daily production run sheets to packaging machine operators.
• Update production systems and KPI boards across shifts.
• Maintain raw material inventory and report discrepancies.
• Set up and operate multiple packaging machines.
• Troubleshoot coding, dating, and pricing issues.
• Monitor weights and appearance to ensure quality.
• Read and interpret machine performance data.
• Assist with maintenance and PM activities as needed.
• Lead line on production and train new employees.
• Support 5S and safety initiatives.
