Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a Packaging Technician to help keep the production line running smoothly and safely. You will lead line setup, manage changeovers, and coordinate with operators to hit daily production goals.

You will monitor weights, product appearance, and quality compliance while assisting with maintenance tasks and sanitation as needed. This role calls for attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Be able to obtain Lockout/Tag out Certification.
• Must have good solid computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads team in line setup and changeover; identifies critical controls.
• Provides production run sheets to packaging operators.
• Maintains production system and communicates case counts to next shift.
• Sets up and operates multiple packaging machines.
• Ensures GMP, PPE, safety, and quality policy compliance.
