Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Shift Leader for our Fargo store at 412 Broadway N, Fargo ND 58102. You’ll be the captain of the bakery during your shift, delivering top customer service, guiding the Cookie Crew, and ensuring smooth operations from bake to bag.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a customer service role with POS experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead by example. Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States; we offer flexible part‑time schedules and

Responsibilities

• Provide incredible customer service and quality products to guests.
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during shift and training staff.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning.
• Lead the Cookie Crew and ensure a safe, clean working environment.
• Manage cash handling and deposits.
