Insomnia Cookies in Stamford, CT is seeking a Shift Leader to captain bakery operations during day or night. You will oversee baking, guest service, and cash handling while guiding the Cookie Crew to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service focused role.
• Point of Sale systems experience.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills.
• Outgoing/friendly/patient demeanor.
• Detail oriented and results-driven.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to guests.
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift and coaching team members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning.
• Lead the Cookie Crew and work alongside team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and adhere to food safety practices.
• Manage cash handling and deposits.
