Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Shift Leader in Hartford, CT, to oversee bakery operations during evening and night shifts. You will lead the Cookie Crew, ensure fast, friendly guest service, and maintain safety and cleanliness while helping manage cash and deposits.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training teammates, and driving a productive, fun night shift in a rapidly growing brand renowned for late-night cookie delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service focused role.
• Point of Sale systems experience required.
• Outstanding communication and time management skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to lead by example.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations during your shift and ensure a superb guest experience.
• Manage cash handling and deposits.
• Coach and motivate the Cookie Crew and delegate tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure food safety practices.
• Support store leadership and communicate shift information to the team.
