Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Shift Leader to guide bakery operations during evening, late-night, and weekend shifts. You will supervise the Cookie Crew, bake and package orders, and ensure outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, restaurant, or other customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, team-based environments.
• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain food safety certifications where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations during your shift, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.
• Bake, package, and prepare orders while providing exceptional guest service.
• Coach and motivate Cookie Crew members, providing direction, feedback, and support.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to keep operations running efficiently and meet guest demand.
• Help maintain our standards for product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and speed of service.
• Handle cash management, register accountability, and deposits.
• Communicate updates and partner with store leadership to keep bakery operating at its best.
• Jump in wherever needed to help your team succeed.
