You must be reliable, physically fit, 21+, with strong leadership and communication skills, and able to work 7:00–10:00 PM start to 3:00–5:00 AM end. The position offers training, development, and opportunities for advancement. Flexible scheduling and company events are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Driver's License required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders/roofs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts consistently.
• Physically fit for demanding tasks.
• Reliable transportation to sites and office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform night-shift tasks and site visits starting 7:00–10:00 PM and ending 3:00–5:00 AM.
• Safely navigate ladders, rooftops and elevated areas.
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient job completion.
• Attend quarterly daytime all-staff meetings for safety and updates.
• Report to the office weekly for team check-ins, training updates and equipment reviews.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional service to clients while representing the company professionally.
