Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors at night. Training pay starts at $17/hour, with lead technician pay ranging from $35 to $55/hour based on experience and assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Perform night-shift tasks, with job-site starts between 7:00–10:00 PM and ends 3:00–5:00 AM.
• Safely navigate and work on ladders, rooftops, and elevated areas.
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective completion of jobs.
• Attend quarterly all-staff meetings to discuss safety and company updates.
• Report weekly to the office for team check-ins, training updates, and equipment reviews.
• Maintain compliance with company safety standards and protocols.
• Provide exceptional service to clients while representing the company professionally.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Technician to join our team. This role involves performing critical work in a night-shift environment, ensuring high-quality service and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate must be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with heights, ladders, and working on roofs. Responsibilities

• Perform night-shift tasks, including going to job-site for service ranging start times for 7:00-10:00 PM and end times of 3:00 -5:00 AM.


• Safely navigate and work on ladders, rooftops, and other elevated areas.


• Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective job completion.


• Attend quarterly all-staff meetings (daytime) to discuss safety, company updates, and performance improvements.


• Report to the office once per week on the assigned day for team check-ins, training updates, and equipment reviews.


• Maintain compliance with company standards and safety protocols.


• Provide exceptional service to clients while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications
