Hoods Unlimited Inc is seeking a dedicated Lead Technician for night-shift service, overseeing rooftop and ladder work with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and leadership to guide a team of technicians.

You will participate in quarterly all-staff meetings, report weekly for team check-ins, and contribute to a high-performance, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders/roofs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Availability to work night shifts consistently.
• Physically fit to handle job requirements.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites and the office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform night-shift tasks, including going to job-sites for service ranging start times 7:00-10:00 PM and end times of 3:00 -5:00 AM.
• Safely navigate and work on ladders, rooftops, and elevated areas.
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective job completion.
• Attend quarterly all-staff meetings (daytime) to discuss safety, company updates, and performance improvements.
• Report to the office once per week for team check-ins, training updates, and equipment reviews.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional service to clients while representing the company professionally.

This role involves performing critical work in a night-shift environment, ensuring high-quality service and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate must be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with heights, ladders, and working on roofs. Training & Compensation:

• Training Pay: $17/hour during the training period.
• Lead Technician Pay Range: $35-$55/hour, based on experience, performance, and job assignments.

Work Environment:
