Hoodsunlimited is seeking a dedicated Lead Technician for night-shift service, ensuring high-quality work and strict safety adherence. The role requires handling ladders, rooftops, and leading a small crew to complete tasks on schedule.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors at night. Training pay starts at $17/hour, with lead technician pay ranging from $35 to $55/hour based on experience and assignments.

Qualifications

• Driver's License required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders/roofs.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Available to work night shifts regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform night-shift tasks, with job-site starts between 7:00–10:00 PM and ends 3:00–5:00 AM.
• Safely navigate and work on ladders, rooftops, and elevated areas.
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective completion of jobs.
• Attend quarterly all-staff meetings to discuss safety and company updates.
• Report weekly to the office for team check-ins, training updates, and equipment reviews.
• Maintain compliance with company safety standards and protocols.
• Provide exceptional service to clients while representing the company professionally.
