HOODZ is hiring a Lead Technician to oversee cleaning of commercial kitchen exhaust systems and lead field technicians on site. You will ensure quality, safety, and compliance with NFPA 96, while representing HOODZ professionally with clients.

Responsibilities include managing service delivery, training staff, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with customers to plan and report on job progress. Overnight night shifts with competitive pay and signing bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field technicians on job sites.
• Ability to train new technicians on equipment use, cleaning procedures, and safety protocols.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and fire code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform cleaning of commercial kitchen exhaust systems.
• Ensure all cleaning services meet standards and regulations.
• Inspect systems for grease buildup and fire hazards.
• Document work with photos and service reports.
• Supervise and guide technicians; assign tasks; ensure safety procedures.
• Train new technicians on equipment use and safety.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance on job sites.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for clients.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment; manage inventory.
