Job summary

McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care in Missouri is seeking a Night Shift Assisted Living Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) to oversee resident care and support a compassionate caregiving team in a luxury setting.

You will administer medications, coordinate with physicians and families, and ensure high-quality, individualized care for our seniors. Competitive pay and full benefits are offered for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN or LPN license required.
• At least 1 year of RN/LPN experience in Assisted Living preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to each resident.
• Oversee daily nursing activities and ensure safe, timely care.
• Lead and support CNAs, CMTs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and the team for continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and records.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team.
