McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care in St. Louis seeks a Night Shift Assisted Living Charge Nurse (RN or LPN).

You will oversee resident care, support the caregiving team, and contribute to a luxurious, compassionate environment for seniors. Responsibilities include supervising nursing activities, administering medications, coordinating with physicians and families, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Missouri RN or LPN license and be in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year RN/LPN experience in an assisted living setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build connections with staff, residents, and families.

Position Overview:

As an Assisted Living Charge Nurse (RN or LPN), you'll oversee resident care, support your caregiving team, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors living in a luxury Assisted Living setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care that supports each resident's individual needs, comfort, and well-being.
• Oversee daily nursing activities and ensure residents receive safe, timely, and appropriate care.
• Lead, support, and collaborate with CNAs, CMTs, and interdisciplinary team members to maintain exceptional standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and nursing standards.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation, including assessments, notes, and medication records.
• Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

What We Offer:

Job Types:

Full-time and Part-time positions available.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am)

Competitive Pay:

$32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Flexible Hours:

• Part-Time: 12 – 32 hours per week
• Full-Time: 32 – 40 hours per week

Position Requirements:

• A valid unencumbered Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License is required.
• At least1 year of Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience in an Assisted Living setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skillsto build meaningful connections with staff, residents, and families.
• Ability to read, write, and speak Englisheffectively.
• Reliable transportation is required.
