McKnight Place Assisted Living and Memory Care in St. Louis is hiring a Night Shift Memory Care Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) to oversee resident care on the 7pm–7am shift, support CNAs and the caregiving team, and ensure high standards of clinical excellence and compassionate service for residents with dementia.

You will administer medications, coordinate with physicians and families, document assessments, and maintain clear communication with the interdisciplinary team to provide a safe, welcoming

Qualifications

• Valid Missouri RN or LPN license (unencumbered).
• Minimum 1 year RN/LPN experience in Memory Care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to each resident.
• Oversee daily nursing activities and ensure timely, safe care.
• Lead and support CNAs, CMTs, and interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Coordinate with physicians, residents' families, and team for continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation including assessments and meds.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and team to ensure coordinated care.
