We are hiring a Day Shift Assisted Living Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) to oversee resident care, lead the nursing team, and coordinate with physicians and families to maintain exemplary standards of care.

The role requires a Missouri RN or LPN license and at least 1 year of AL experience, with good communication skills and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN or LPN license is required.
• At least 1 year of RN/LPN experience in an assisted living setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections with staff, residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care that supports each resident’s needs, comfort, and well-being.
• Oversee daily nursing activities and ensure residents receive safe, timely, and appropriate care.
• Lead, support, and collaborate with CNAs, CMTs, and interdisciplinary team members to maintain high standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and nursing policies.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and the team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation including assessments, notes, and medication records.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, physicians, and team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Position Overview:

As an Assisted Living Charge Nurse (RN or LPN), you'll oversee resident care, support your caregiving team, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors living in a luxury Assisted Living setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care that supports each resident’s individual needs, comfort, and well-being.

• Oversee daily nursing activities and ensure residents receive safe, timely, and appropriate care.

• Lead, support, and collaborate with CNAs, CMTs, and interdisciplinary team members to maintain exceptional standards of care.

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and nursing standards.

• Coordinate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation, including assessments, notes, and medication records.

• Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

What We Offer:

Full-time and Part-time positions available.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Rotating weekends

• 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm)

Competitive Pay:

$32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Flexible Hours:

• Part-Time: 12 – 32 hours per week

• Full-Time: 32 – 40 hours per week

Position Requirements:

• A valid unencumbered Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License is required.

• At least1 year of Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience in an Assisted Living setting is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skillsto build meaningful connections with staff, residents, and families.

• Ability to read, write, and speak Englisheffectively.

• Reliable transportation is required.
