GRBS is hiring a Custodian Lead for Ionia Public Schools in Michigan. This full-time, second-shift position offers a 40-hour week at $16.00 per hour, working Monday through Friday with either 3:00 PM–11:30 PM or 3:30 PM–12:00 AM shifts.

The role emphasizes leadership of a custodial team, adherence to safety and cleaning standards, and reliable on-site presence to ensure a clean and safe school environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have valid identification.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening including THC.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication with the team and supervisor.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility in daily operations.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
