Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift in Mattoon, Illinois. This permanent, full-time role focuses on maternal and newborn care with leadership responsibilities across labor, delivery, and recovery stages.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage with stackable night and weekend differentials, plus potential sign-on and relocation assistance. Growth opportunities exist within a Magnet-focused healthcare system and comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Active Illinois RN License required.
• ADN required (BSN preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery experience required.
• NRP Certification required within 1 year of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification highly preferred within 90 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Monitor maternal and fetal conditions during labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Provide patient and family education throughout the childbirth process.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Support safety, infection control, and quality care standards.
