Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN License required.
• ADN required (BSN preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery experience required.
• NRP Certification required within 1 year of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification highly preferred within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Monitor maternal and fetal conditions during labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Provide patient and family education throughout the childbirth process.
