Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• NRP within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• AWHONN fetal monitoring or C-EFM within six months (renewed every 3 years).
• S.T.A.B.L.E. within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess neonate at delivery and perform neonatal resuscitation per guidelines.
• Monitor fetal status and respond to changes, communicating with physicians.
• Provide direct patient care in Labor and Delivery with adequate supervision.
• Document care per current standards and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
