Ntmconline is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery night shifts in Gainesville, Texas. The role requires 3 years of experience in Labor & Delivery, with a $8,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Candidates must hold a Texas RN license, BLS, NRP, ACLS, and AWHONN fetal monitoring credentials with timelines.

The ideal candidate will have strong assessment and communication skills, neonatal resuscitation ability, and a commitment to patient safety in a high-acuity setting. EOE.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of Texas.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Certification within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• AWHONN fetal monitoring course certification within six months of hire (renewed every three years).
• STABLE Certification within one year of hire (renewed every three years).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Labor & Delivery with supervision.
• Assess neonates at delivery and perform neonatal resuscitation per AHA/AAP guidelines.
• Monitor fetal heart rate and respond to changes.
• Educate patients and families on pain management and care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with physicians and staff.
