Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care required.
• RN licensure in state(s) where practice is required.
• Ability to perform patient assessments and document findings clearly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safety, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per the nursing process.
• Document assessments and report changes to the care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the team.
• Respond to emergencies, including CPR as needed.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols.
• In obstetrics: provide prenatal education, monitor labor, and support mother and newborn care.
