Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited Nursing Program.
• Active NC RN licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety for patients and staff; support safety initiatives.
• Identify learning needs and participate in education activities.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinate plan of care and discharge planning with families.
• Promote patient- and family-centered care on a high-acuity unit.
