Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families about health conditions and self-care.
